Easy to moderate ride

Mike Grace will lead a 26-mile round trip bike ride to beautiful and historic Lake Artemesia. We will meet at Lincoln Park at 10 AM and ride along bike paths via Hyattsville. We will be on the Anacostia River Trail most of the way. There is only one hill to speak of. We can stop at Franklins in Hyattsville for lunch, but if the majority votes to ride straight through, the majority rules. With lunch, we will be back at Lincoln Park by 2:30 pm. Without lunch, we will arrive to Lincoln Park by 12:30 PM.

If someone finds the length of the ride difficult, and wants to turn around, the route is pretty direct and well marked. 

Mike suggests each rider pledge $1 for each mile ridden to benefit Capitol Hill Village. Family and friends could match their pledge on the Get Your Move On, One Cause platform.
