Join Metro’s Systemwide Accessibility team for an Accessibility Listening Session at Capitol Hill Towers!

This session is an opportunity for older adults and people with disabilities to share their experiences using Metro and discuss accessibility needs, barriers, and opportunities for improvement. Metro staff will hear directly from community members about their experiences navigating public transportation and gather feedback to help inform future accessibility improvements across the transit system.

Participants are encouraged to come with questions, concerns, and feedback about their experiences using Metrobus, Metrorail, MetroAccess, and other Metro services.

Whether you are a frequent Metro rider or have experienced challenges using the system, we encourage you to join the conversation and share your perspective.
