Join CHV’s Director of Care Services, Lizzy Kosin LICSW, and Medicine at Home’s Christine Gardella, MMS, PA-C as they host a CHV Death Café. During this café, we will create an accessible, respectful, and confidential space for folks to gather, drink tea, eat snacks, and discuss death. The café will be lightly facilitated by Christine. 

 

A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support session.
