The Residences at Kenilworth Park is an affordable Assisted Living Community that has been lovingly designed to serve the needs of District seniors aged 60 or older. The five-story building overlooks beautiful open land adjacent to the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens.

Our interiors are state-of-the-art with private studio and one-bedroom apartments and spacious common areas. We will proudly provide high quality housing, health care, personal assistance, delicious meals, and other services to elderly District residents.

It is an affordable option for senior care through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. If you are of low or moderate means and need assistance with personal care and daily tasks, we invite you to call us to see if you qualify. There is no obligation to go forward if you qualify- and even if you are not ready yet, you will have peace of mind knowing if this is an option for you or a loved one.
