VOS favorite Peter Russell will discuss the upcoming Washington Concert Opera performance of Puccini’s Manon Lescaut. Peter is the current Artistic Director of Vocal Arts DC and was a co-founder of Washington Concert Opera. Be sure to get your tickets for the WCO performance on November 24.
