Join Village Voices for a discussion with Hill resident Nancy E. Weiss, General Counsel of the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services on the critical role the Federal government plays in advancing cultural  engagement at both the domestic and international levels. She will discuss recent efforts to create an environment in which creativity can flourish, reflecting both her current work at IMLS and her background at the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Federal Council on the Arts and the Humanities.
