Come meet new neighbors or bring old friends to join Elizabeth Goodman, long-time and enthusiastic gardener and yoga practitioner and Capitol Hill neighbor of almost 40 years, for a spirit-lifting workshop integrating meditation, conscious yoga movement, and gentle gardening practice geared toward seniors, but open to all, at Washington, DC's longest-running youth garden.
