Join us for an exciting collaboration between Old City Crossfit and Capitol Hill Village! On the last Tuesday of each month, we will be meeting in person at their studio at 1007 H St. NE.
It's never too late to start working on your fitness. In this 45-minute fitness class specifically designed for CHV members, you will work on developing your strength (both lower and upper body), balance & stability, and we'll do a little light conditioning at the end.
Old City Crossfit will have two expert coaches present who can help guide you through each movement and work with you to ensure each movement and exercise is scaled to your current ability and fitness level.
